Well it is that time of year again! School is just about in session and we are getting everything ready-name tags, desks organized, gym equipment checked, and all the class lists printed. Speaking of class lists, these will be posted on Friday, September 2 at 3 pm in the front window of the school. To protect the privacy of our students and families we ask that you do not take photos of the lists to post on any social media.
The first day of classes will be on September 7th, 2016. This will be a short day from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Buses will be running on this day once school ends, around 11:15 leave time from the school. From September 8th on school will be in session from 9:00 am until 2:58 pm with the morning welcoming bell ringing at 8:55 am. There is supervision on the playground starting at 8:40 pm.
Kindergarten children will not be starting school right away. There are interviews happening from Sept. 7th until Sept. 12th. You should have received a letter in the mail with your interview time. If you have not please call the school.
The first day of school students will be bringing home several important papers in their back packs. Please read them carefully-some are to be returned to the school.
