Registration – Ecole Mountainview

If you would like to register at our school; here is a pdf version of our school registration form: District Wide Student Registration Form – 2020-2021 School Year

We will also need a copy of your child’s birth certificate and care card. For proof of residency we also need a copy of the card card and driver’s license of the parent with whom the child lives.

Just print it out, fill it in, and return it via email to : emv@cmsd.bc.ca
